Pros

Lovely people and supportive atmosphere, day-to-day work is challenging and satisfying, you have a great support network with the people you work alongside

Cons

Company is clawing back every penny they can, slashing perks left and right, taking away budgets for things like travel and internal events, silently making chunks of the workforce redundant and not communicating anything properly (most significant pieces of news are learned through the grapevine). The company has a freeze on promotions and new hires but promotes some individuals secretly, leading to tension among the workforce and driving out talent.
