Pros

Not expected to work overtime.

Cons

Very low salaries, everybody on different salaries regardless of experience, 40 hour working week, dirty office, very few rewards / incentives for staff, not a good working atmosphere. Extremely poor HR.

Very intelligent people. Very friendly & family-like working environment. Takes its employees as humans; considers their career aspirations and needs seriously. Great career development path & easy to move between markets. Strong reputation in the market research world.

Cons

Workload can sometimes be too demanding. Business decisions are very regionally-driven; local business units have limited freedom.
