      Pros

      It's been an interesting 90 days working at Moore Hall. The staff members have treated me as a team member. Have thought me a lot about my tasks and helped me learn how to be part of a team.

      Cons

      So far there hasn't been any down side. Everyone works as a team, no individuals.
