Pros

We have a great office culture. Every one is so kind and has been since day one! I genuinely look forward to our weekly meetings because I get to hear from each person in the office and learn about what amazing things are being accomplished in the office, city, county, and state!

Cons

Some of the dated systems could be improved. The old systems add time onto simple tasks. There are lots of "rules" to follow in accordance with the university and state,

Pros

The Professors: Yes, maybe some professors won't mesh well with your learning style, but the quality of teachers here is amazing! A lot of them are leaders in their fields and do a lot of research for the industry they are teaching. Kansas State teachers know what they are talking about, go to class, and soak up the information that an industry leader is teaching you. Rankings: Kansas State University ranks #801 - 1000 in World University Rankings 2022 by QS and #392 US College Rankings 2022 by Times Higher Education. So, yes, looking at the numbers you can guess, it is a top-class institution. Clubs & Organizations: There are more than 475 clubs and organizations here on campus. Yes, that's right, 475! There is bound to be a club that matches your interests. No matter what your major is, there is most likely a club or organization that has something to do with your career goals!

Cons

I attended K-State from 2009 to 2011 for my Masters degree. I must say those two years were good part of my life. I moved from Pune to Manhattan. That is like moving from city with 2.5 million people to a city with 70,000 people. It was definitely a shock for me and first month was really tough to adjust with. Later you end up making friends and attending classes. It gets easier as you go on. I did not really have very high expectations from Manhattan. To my surprise Manhattan has lot of places to visit and the natural beauty of this place amaze you. For its size, this city has lot to offer.
