Hours are flexible, they work around student schedules. The university is closed on major holidays, so you don't need to worry about taking vacation on those days.

Cons

The wages are fairly low, although they are slightly above minimum wage. If you're a student you get a 25 cent raise after a semester if you worked 100 hours or more.
