      The HR Department is very progressive for a higher education institution. Doing neat things like Kaizens, Movement Challenges, twitter.

      -Helps you brush up on data structures/algorithms -Hours are very flexible according to your classes -Office hours are a great place to get extra homework done.

      Cons

      -Personally I didn't mind this, but if you don't like helping people who are completely lost/ ignorant learners, then office hours and lab sessions can be a tad frustrating.
