Don't need a lot of experience You really learn a lot A great resume builder There are also multiple ways to grow and move around if you want to do something different

Cons

Not a whole lot of cons. Everyone is super nice and will want to get to know you. It can get boring sometimes when there is not a lot to do. Doesn't pay NEARLY as well as other developer positions.
