      Great Place to Work on HW, Pay isn't Great

      Pros

      Boss is very laid back and there is plenty of time to work on homework during work hours.

      Cons

      Pay could use some work and it can get boring if you do not have HW to do. Once you hit the pay cap, which I did relatively quickly, you cannot get another raise no matter how long you work there or performance

      I get paid (not every undergraduate research position is paid), I get valuable experience, and I get to build up my resume.

      Cons

      Long hours on the weekends, a lot of traveling, working outside can be tough, especially if it is hot or rainy.
