Very low salary comparing the industry standards. Very high expectations with qualification of the employees and out put for no bonuses and promotions No way to grow in the company. No future for most employees

They always pay on time, OT is well paid, coworkers are nice. PTO aint a problem at all.

Cons

the weekly plans are always unclear, sometimes there is a lot of work and sometimes they don[t know what you should be doing and it gets in the way, Sometimes your OT is a lot which can be a good and or a bad thing for some people.
