Family like mood, atmosphere, people relying on each other - in the past.

Cons

New 'management' and new 'restructuring' leading to horrible and terrible performance issues within the company. Instead of a family approach now they look for 'drones' that can do simple tasks that the previous employees were doing out of passion.
