It's a stable company, very committed staff, open minded and truly value different opinions and new ideas. I appreciate having the nice canteen in Einbeck.

Cons

In some areas is very conservative, and is difficult to put ideas into practice.

a mix of different backgrounds, cultures and a broad experience brought by each team member. a big drive to change and to adapt to the modern world.

Cons

everybody in Berlin is new and people work in a silos. transition to Berlin from Einbeck is not easy either.
