Bad Management, Cliques and Nepotismus

Actually all prerequisites of a good employer are there — strong company, work council, collective agreement, flex time...

Cons

Everything good from above is getting destroyed by a toxic environment, no development chances for colleagues in shared services, bad communication, cliques of friends who only get chances to move forward within the organization. Ruling of mediocrity. Unfair payment within the company. You only get a chance for development and salary increase if you belong to the right group of people.
