Friendly and international workplace, modern office building, annual bonuses to compensate for the below average base salary, paid courses, transparency with management, opportunities to engage in different projects or initiatives and communicate at various levels of the organization, hybrid working model.

Cons

Employee turnover and frequent shifts in team structure, complex hierarchy and steady increase in micromanagement, high workload, chaotic and often ineffective crossfunctional collaboration, no opportunities for strategic sourcing, difficult to negoatiate salary increment within the range, no free coffee, tea, fruits in the office.
