      Good company, but old employees slow the company and has lots of politics

      Good Management team and very good, optimistic and capable Managing Director!!

      Cons

      The middle management needs to be developed to be capable enough to lead the department and also handle teams. Overall satisfaction for the employees is low as there is lot of politics and increment every year for existing ngf employees is less.
