      1. No recent technologies used. 2. Baised culture only 1-2 people manages whole IT department and so they have own people to grow. 3. No Onsite, Less appraisals and no promotions. 4. Work from office 9:30 hours strict. 5. HR policies not good. No decisions taken soon.
