- provides best possible work life balance - has very employee friendly policies - good chance to grow, especially if you work in HQ situated in Frankenthal - quite flat hierarchy

Cons

- slow growth overall - being a very old company, sometimes the modern and the old clash - don't try to fix which isn't broken mentality ( which slows the adoption of new trends)
