Pros
- Established presence in the market and well known company - You get to work with very reliable products when selected/installed correctly - Very understanding of family and health requirements - Good business exposure -Very supportive network of peers (Mostly terrible superiors)
Cons
- Limited compensations and benfits - Very rigid area management (old school and inefficient) - Zero chance of career or personal development - Company performance is gravely influenced by government spending patterns - Very poor wealth redistribution, front-end employees can go months without getting their rightful OTE. - Senior staff members can be very rude unnecessarily - Service department needs a complete overhaul - HR department can be deceptive - Low moral among employees (around early and late 2017) - Serious diversity problem, almost all senior management is one particular foreign nationality, as a result so are most of their team members, makes it especially hard for socialising, basically company culture is different experience for you ifyou didn't speak two particular asian languages (not the main business languages Arabic, English and German) - Very rarely salaries can be late - For non-Saudis immigration process can be really frustrating!!!! Losing a lot of money missing flights type frustration. The problem is obvious to all staff no one want to make a change - After working there over a year, it will be become increasingly difficult to justify going to work everyday
