Cons
Technology teams suffer with bureaucracy of the main audit group, as managers and directors come from audit and lack in-depth technology understanding and thus are hesitant in evolving systems. You will be worked hard and there are no bonuses (apart from promotions) where there is a golden handshake. Internal trainings are commonly blanket trainings and not applicable to technology teams and regular tick box exercises are needed to verify your compliance with ethics otherwise you will be punished on review.
