      Good experiance for a winter internship.

      Pros

      Good experiance in various fields. You definitly get a good look at the professional working environment. They give you opportunities to work for Partners, Managers, Directors, etc. It was a good place to start my career.

      Cons

      I felt some issues that could have been resolved had senior associates addressed me over a partner. I felt some people on the "team" were more concerned about themselves then the "team" This can happen anywhere though.

      Formal training is largely a waste of time Brown nosing rewarded instead of ability Extremely disorganized Management is not honest with staff Advancement depends on sucking up to managers so you can be their pet staff and get work

      Great firm if you do audit or accounting. Everything esles is a sideshow.

      Not a creative bone ever existed in the company. They need significant help being relevant to clients outside their narrow niche.
