Pros
-great brand recognition and reputation which carries well throughout industry -generally, great colleagues and staff who make the work place a fun environment to work in -managers who are technically very competent will teach you the ropes
Cons
-no unity at the management level in terms of how to treat staff and reward staff for strong performance on projects -little information available on other available opportunities within the firm -long hours (depending on the project you are on)- work very hard and sometimes with very little praise and appreciation
