Pros

The compensation is good but not worth the nonsense you have to deal with..

Cons

Daily seat hoteling, yes you heard me correctly you have to book and reserve your work station daily. This is one of the biggest annoyance especially when it’s an open floor plan layout. Many distractions from some folks that don’t know the meaning of their “inside voice “. The office politics and water cooler jibber jabber makes for a toxic rumor mill full environment. They only hire contractors within so if you see a job posting on the job boards don’t waste your time because they are only posting to be compliant with the law. Backstabbing is in every corporate environment but commonplace here and be mindful of coworkers having daily meetings with your management without you. This day in age most companies recognize the advantages of working remote. Good luck doing that here due to old non relevant ways of thinking and extreme micro management.....

Pros

There are absolute no pros for working here. Look at the cons if you want to understand how it actually is.

Cons

The company runs on the process of buttering up. You keep your seniors impressed, they will look after you, like what used to happen in medieval times ,when kings kept ministers who praised them continuously ,near them. No matter how talented you are & how much work you do, you will be ignored in the end if you don't butter up. The hours are very bad, they will make you stretch for 6 months in a year where as the salary they offer you would be absolutely nothing. You won't get to learn much as well as the company solely relies on outdated tools as the management just wants to keep their pockets heavy. You will end up doing the same monotonous thing, all year around & would be discouraged if you want to learn something new.

Pros

You get Scrubs, pay for meals, company outings.. They makes you think you are going to work for amazing company but read the cons!

Cons

12+Hours of pure work on a screen, no breaks. This company makes you work till your eyes start to burn looking at the computer screen. Plus all Audit managers believe they are above all and treats everyone under them as pigs, Managers complain if you need to take off an day off, or if you need a sick day, or if you have kids... If you are not working for Corporate office , you are just a Number and will be fired for any reason if you put all the hours and never complain. You have better chance for working for a Tech company then dealing with Managers here. There is no boss for Managers and Human Resource needs to react to complaints. All employees had to approve loans for Covid or else they will be fired which was unheard of for an audit position. Ceo and executives only wanted promotions but when teaching how to do things .. management failed and put all the blame for interns and new employees less then 2 years. Thanks
