      Former fantastic company to work for but is under a lot of pressure and this impacts experience for employees

      Fancy product and strong brand. Employees are proud and dedicated to the company. Diverse job spectrum. Is still seen as a must-work company for young personnel.

      Cons

      Bureaucratic environment, employee career growth on hold, silos, snake pit (depends on which silo you're in) and internal fighting culture over common efforts culture.

      Will get to know Agile in a practical way and believe me it's way difficult to practice than the theory. The latest tech stack will be used and fun part is it's mandatory to upgrade. Working with Lots of talented people and a lot of innovations. You will have full freedom to explore and innovate.

      Pros

      Good company which use to be very good company. Cargo Management is based in Atlanta GA! The HR department is based in NYC.

      Cons

      Accounting work moved to Budapest Hungary! With that Accounting reliability and expertise decreased immensely! The company is no longer a Dutch company!
