You have to be able to work with a lot of freedom, some people have issues with that and need structure.

Benefits, staff travel tickets and good environment make a nice place to work for. It's a place where I've made many good friends.

Cons

They don't offer the same benefits as Air France does with their employees. And I can't remember any other cons.
