- You fully own your product(s) - Colleagues are friendly & supporting each other - Flexible company benefits - Try to keep up with the best practices

Cons

- Big company so there are some process that can be slow - Not a very ideal career growth for someone who work in IT. It feels like career growth favors business people more.
