      Prepare to do waterfall and fulltime political arguing instead of product work

      Pros

      Flying with discounted tickets is a nice benefit, altough you always get the worse seats...

      Cons

      for digital, it's mainly waterfall: requests come from business employees that have been in their role for a generation or more, have no idea about product development, yet make the decisions for digital implementation. What they call "agile" is actually asking you to be agile in changing directions when business decides they want something.

      I'm working on the product side of the company in a good team. There are a lot of opportunities to learn and all the people have a positive mindset. Everyone is happy to help.

      Processes can be slow sometimes, but I think that's normal for a company this size
