- You will feel like you're in one big family - experience with make up and skin care - experience with meeting new customers and finding out ways to support their needs - bonuses - nice environment

Cons

- always getting calls from area manager complaining or making changes - the store layout always changes - no commission or praise from managers - holidays are rare - rotas always changing throughout the week
