Pros

-50% off full prices items for 6 months of the yea

Cons

-No clarity on what your specific job title is. -Will fire you for any reason they can find if they don't like you. -Incredibly racist environment. -Cannot call out even once or you can will be written up, even if you have sick time. -Paychecks seem to never match up what actual hours worked. -No one is formally trained to do makeup and they will not teach you. Your certification means nothing to them. -As a Keyholder some will be paid minimum wage while others will be paid up to $14 an hour, it all depends on if the store manager likes you. -Customers constantly complain about the service and they will berate you because of the company's policies. If they decide to call and complain that they did not get their way then you will be written up. There is no way to prove anything as there is no cameras. -Customers constantly steal and you just have to ignore it. -The rules seem to always change as to whenever managers see fit. -I've seen girls get fired for texting the manager when they were not aware this was against company policy as managers and some employees were friends.

Kiko Milano USA recently went through an upper management change. We will continue to work hard to ensure that our corporate & field teams are trained and hold them accountable to follow proper Kiko procedure. We have also implemented a new training dept in order to ensure stores feel supported.

The pay is very poor

Pros

The products are fun and cheap, therefore easy to sell. It is a great place to work if you want to get your foot in the door, NOT if you have experience already.

Cons

The pay is atrocious. This is the highest position I've worked in retail with the lowest pay I have ever had in retail as a STORE MANAGER. Expectations are way to high and unrealistic for a brand that barely pays you to survive. Work/life balance does not exist..
