Pros

great products and lovely teams who try really hard, however their efforts go unoticed

Cons

avoid at all costs, the staff were spoken to in the most degrading way I have ever seen. The hours are long and management keep their staff illegally after their shift until tasks are completed. high staff and management turnover so you have to continously train and get o know staff. Most staff go AWOL because they cannot take the abuse from managers or upper managers. The managers all worked in the same shops prior to joining the company so nothing is a secret. AVOID working here

Pros

- If you have the right team you might learn something (assuming you don't know more than your manager) - they sometimes have decent product - the stores look pretty

Cons

- the company doesn't have consistent product so you can't build customer loyalty - you will make more money else where - they don't train on artistry...if you are a make up artist, look elsewhere

To specifically target this need, we have implemented an entire training program here within the U.S. that ensures all new hires and current employees receive proper training. There are also now frequent planned store visits from these trainers that carry out training refreshers as well as new collection launch trainings.

Pros

Great company for who wants to start into the cosmetics industry. Many products of various types and formulas to choose from. Multinational company with possibility to be transferred to other countries. 80% made in Italy.

Cons

Too much focus on limited edition products that sometimes are waaaay to low in quality. Scarse stockroom refilling during the weeks. Products get sold out after just few weeks. Too much pressure on employees about incomings and useless technical informations about what the label expects from each day, each week, each month, etc...
