-bad management; late schedules, often working overtime. -head office were disorganised and very unsympathetic towards employees. - could work 6+ days in a row, with days off scattered throughout week. - head office/management very difficult concerning days off/ holidays. Rarely get approved -Head office spoke often badly about sales assistants to managers etc, lots of cattiness coming from superiors. -Staff got blamed for lowered KPIs even when the store was quiet. -Many sales assistants/key holders fulfilling the role of store manager (with our without presence of one) taking on a lot of extra stress, responsibilities and heat from head office without getting paid for it. - some managers try to take on “ruthless” approach with employees
