Pros

The products are fun and cheap, therefore easy to sell. It is a great place to work if you want to get your foot in the door, NOT if you have experience already.

Cons

The pay is atrocious. This is the highest position I've worked in retail with the lowest pay I have ever had in retail as a STORE MANAGER. Expectations are way to high and unrealistic for a brand that barely pays you to survive. Work/life balance does not exist..

Pros

Staff discount and the people you meet working with you are the only good things about this company to be honest

Cons

Very disorganised company, HO is always demanding things as if they have robots working in the stores You never get positive feedback but they love to point out your mistakes. Not proper training is provide, there is all about harassing the customers and keep trying to give them those horrible black baskets that always fall apart If you are into make up and want to start a career this company is a def a no

Pros

- very close knit company - everyone helps and supports each other - beautiful makeup - beautiful stores - commission - a lot of contests with $$$ prizes - upper management people are down to earth and easy to talk to - hot Italian men sometimes visit your store

Cons

Commission is hard to acheive based on targets and If you get a write up you don't get your commission that month
