Pros

There is quite literally NO pros as to working with this company. I would state that at Christmas time you get 50% discount but the makeup is that terrible quality I wouldn’t even count that as a pro.

Cons

I’d like to start this off with, I saw someone else’s review and their advice was “I’m over it” and honestly, SAME. Where do I start. The company is a complete mess sis. Lets start off with the fact it’s a makeup job, yet literally no one in the company (maybe sales advisors yes) have a clue about makeup or how to do it - NICELY. The ‘Store Trainer’ is a complete bully who belittles anyone he feels doesn’t make enough sales. This company ENCOURAGES A BULLYING WORK ETHIC. You get sales, you’re friends with management? You’re grand. You’re not friends with management and perhaps need more training (that is never provided) you’re bullied into leaving. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPANY FULL OF LIARS. FULL-TIME WORK FOR SALES ADVISORS IS NOT A POSSIBILITY IN THIS COMPANY. They hand out the smallest contracts possible to cover themselves whilst giving out full-time hours, less holiday pay, sick pay, store bonus etc. Management are literally the biggest JOKE, do absolutely NOTHING yet scream at sales advisors constantly that they are not good enough if the figures aren’t perfect. And when they are there is still no praise you are just “doing your job”. This company has no interest in real talent or how the brand looks they purely want money and only money. Don’t expect to make long-lasting work friends as NO ONE stays in the company longer than a year. Management constantly threaten people with their jobs and do not follow LEGAL WORK PROCEDURES. KIKO sets extremely strict rules such as being late 3 times and you are eligible for immediate dismissal. Do not work for this company as they will not care about you or your well-being, WILL effect your mental health and will put you out as soon as they deem you useless.

Pros

There are no pros nothing this company is awful maybe the other sales assistants are the pros because they hate it too.

Cons

-Management have no clue on how to run a shop -Expect you to make sales despite having no one in the shop to actually serve. -management do nothing they come out on the floor to basically tell you your doing a bad job when they sit on their phones in the back half the time. -complain when things aren’t refilled but are more than capable of refilling things them selves. -give special treatment to newer people than original staff. -lie to customers to make them buy something that’s terrible. -don’t take anything serious -they talk about other staff members in a bad way and then act all friendly to you -management put people down, talk to people horribly when in reality if you talk back the same way they all gang up. -they are childish -rules for one and rules for others -need to understand that management are the problem not other people. AVOID AT ALL COST!
