Pros
- 20% staff discount on full priced items. - A great chance to build on team work and sales target experience within the makeup/beauty industry. - Great first job in sales if you have no experience yet. - You get to wear bright, bold and adventurous makeup. - My team were amazing to work with. - Themed makeup weekends.
Cons
- Not really a con but Kiko is extremely sales driven, it's more about the sales than having a passion for makeup but you're not really awarded for achieving/exceeding targets. - No commission. - No free products for launches. - No allocation. - Not easy to progress within the company, even to get an increase of contracted hours. - It's a definite weekend job.
