The culture is so bad, kayak is making people crying for small things. The reason why they are investing lots in events and drinks is just to retain people. Promotions based on who you know inside and lack of trainings. Engineers are just getting the shares and they are bully against others, and Kayak is promoting this. Marketing is managed poorly by Copenhagen, CPH is getting all the promotions and there is lack of professionalism. They are racist towards other cultures as well. The energy is the worst thing I've ever experienced.

-Management has not been supportive and at times counterproductive in its dealings with teams outside Cambridge. -Management has not been honest and has made statements or "promises" that were counter to their actual intentions. -A lot of fancy talk, very little support. -Intention of closing the Copenhagen office and absorbing the portfolio brand has been communicated without clear intentions and has resulted in a dragged out process that caused a lot of unnecessary stress for employees.
