      Awesome technology and level of talent. Lots to learn every day and so many interesting challenges to tackle.

      Cons

      If you're not good at managing ambiguity and are not a self-starter then starting at this company could be challenging as there's not a lot of official onboarding other than "here's the wiki, go figure it out"

      - Smart + kind + humble + hungry team - company is too lean for slacking off / carrying folks - Interesting problem space - meta !== OTA, and travel is complex - makes for *spicy* problems - Company values are strongly held - I truly feel the cross team support, shared values, and collaborative good will - Interesting competitors - it's not exactly David vs Goliath when your parent company is BHI, but it's certainly a challenge to compete with Google

      - Organizational politics aren't completely unavoidable - In office policies aren't for everyone - 20 days work from almost anywhere isn't as high as I'd like
