- You are building something from the ground, great opportunity to grow - you can learn from top professionals - dynamic environment, something new is always happening
Cons
- tests your mental health everyday, you have to really work on your limits and be emotionally intelligent - Things change a lot, you have to be able to adapt quickly with little to no onboarding or training or you won't make it - No clear career paths
