Clear favoritism displayed by certain managers Have eradicated most of their highly experienced and knowledgeable managers in the salt field, in preference for younger, far-less-knowledgeable leaders. You have to wonder at the long-term business sense of eliminating most of the people who actually know how to mine salt... they are a salt company, after all.
