- Facilities are good. - Colleagues are usually fun when not stressed! - lots going on, spontaneous activities for blue Monday, and so forth.

Cons

- Workload is always (too) high. (no dip). - Honesty and integrity. Lies are often quicker than taking a path of integrity. - Very little attention to growth and development. - Cardinal Richelieu politics. treason is a matter of dates, that sort of thing. - Challenging the status quo can be a walk on the edge of a cliff.
