flexible schedule, great to manage around university. Manager understandign and very helpful when things change (such as school schedule, migrane, sickness, vacation...). Positive work environemnt, managers compliment a good job, appreciate your work and thank you after every shift for the good work. Jumbo also makes a lot of (free) events for employees such as laser tag with drinks. Flexible with offering up your shift or trading with someone else'

Cons

No knives offered for opening boxes (they were, but employees didn't give back so all were lost and there aren't any more..) Not enough gloves for workign the freezer, if working in duo's each has one glove ad other hand freezes
