- Lots of flexibility and free time - All vehicles have working A/C and bluetooth radio - Offer unique career paths at any point in your career - Very supportive, open to talk about problems - Employee care is considerably higher than in most similar companies

Cons

- Very strict rules in regards to driving (sometimes even unreasonable) - Overcommunication, meaning that you'll get invited to talk with your supervisor about any small issue, even if it's not communicated beforehand. - Working as a delivery driver can be quite taxing, not only physically, but mentally. Most people leave due to the physical labour, but if you can handle it, the work itself is very fulfilling and even fun.
