      The people are just awesome, lots of color and fun people to work with. The workspace in TLV is great

      Cons

      The salary is low at least for the PT workers.

      Pros

      Ambitious, agile, and creative brand with super professional people. After one day you're friends with everyone. Makes u feel part of a community.

      Cons

      Modest salaries and amnesties. Frequent changes (as startups often do), so if you're used to structure and stability, be prepared.

      Amazing people, a great atmosphere. Jolt is a place you can really grow at. most of the managers are always seeking to develop you and broaden your scope

      Cons

      Payrolls not as high as in other tech companies, doesn't necessarily meets the work I'm doing
