      Transparency & Independence - each employee has a huge responsibility and the opportunity to influence on the company. Working in a company trying to bring value for their clients, always looking from their side first. Amazing people to learn from

      Cons

      Moving fast - sometimes it difficult to change things you worked hard for, but from another perspective this is the best way to learn and to achieve our goals.

      Pros

      - The members of the team are encouraging and they want to see you grow which is such an honour to be part off. - They really do give students opportunities to grow and show what they are capable which is something I respect about Jolt.

      Cons

      Not much, just the pay for Part time workers is a bit low.

      Crazy energy!!

      Pros

      Work with superheroes, smart and energetic people. The product is super interesting, challenging. Almost all of the employees are super engaged with everything that is happening.

      Cons

      When you move fast, you break things. So it probably won't fit everyone - but those who thrive in challenging times and like to move fast - its the best.
