Really nice people and atmosphere in the office- something that is very hard to find these days in Tel Aviv! Lots of say in the role- as it’s a start-up things are changing very fast and the management truly wants contribution from every employee The team genuinely believes in the product (which is amazing) and as a Jolt employee you get membership to Jolt, which is a reason to join Jolt in itself! No feelings of hierarchy or cliquey-ness in the office The founders are all amazing!

The kitchen is heavily filled with everything! anyone can cook something or just make a place of fresh veggies, people eat together at lunch, sometimes order out. most people tend to care about the others work environment and keep it quiet. i love how i was able to share my thoughts about my position and the whole recruitment process with the chief of staff, and get help with personal-work related issues.

salaries are not high, not a lot of benefits
