Pros
There is great work/life balance at this company. It doesn't prove to be very stressful and you have the freedom to come and go as you please as long as you are getting your work done. You get paid quite well to just go in, do your job, and go home. Also, JNJ is a worldwide company and has programs where you can work in another part of the world on a temporary basis.
Cons
You just go in, do your job and go home. There is no innovation, no spunk, and no drive to take risks. This is common in mega-large corporations and it is no different at JNJ. All the great work is done before JNJ buys the company and afterwards it's just a matter of time before it fizzles out. There is such great potential here. The regular employees are great, the lower management and directors are great, but after that they start to become clueless and out of touch in a lot of cases.
