      - Friendly Staff, easy to get along with. - Good Benefits ( Gym, Lunch, Health, Pension) - Easy Work (Depends on you view, can be good or bad)

      Cons

      - Have to do Shift Work - Upper Management doesn't like creativity - you have to do things in a set way, even if you have a better way it hard to get it approved.
