      Great working environment, big possibility to be promoted, a lot learning points and training too. High tech working environment, investing in people

      no clear rewarding and motivational program, people need to be constantly motivated. Company has to try to keep best employees

      Lovey place to work. Amazing atmosphere , good colleagues , lot of freedom to explore ideas .

      Cons

      Very little pay for amount of work actually done. You could be shaping the entire research of the division as a low level scientist but hardly any recognition past closed doors and zero pay rewards.
