      Pros

      Good benefits, including retirement, medical, and vacation time. Management team is grounded and easily approachable. Company has been able to avoid layoffs for the last dozen years or so.

      Cons

      Pay is not as competitive as similar jobs in the same field. Reluctant to being in support until it is too late. Too reactionary.

      very technology focused, great set of people, leading positions in chosen segments, leading edge technology, differentiated products

      Cons

      Leadership in the recent years has deteriorated which has focused on short term fixes in order to appease investor and analyst community. This is leading to fast attrition of high calibre staff and consequent dulling of differentiation in the market place
