      Good members of team Excellent experience for starting career Opportunity to take on many roles straight after university/PhD

      Poor senior management Poor recognition Extremely poor management in the Analytical team (needs to be addressed immediately) Long hours - not expected, but not valued Work-life balance was unrealistic Real lack of progression Feedback was not welcomed both ways Workload between team members was not consistent
