      The program is very competitive and rigorous. Lots of good learning opportunities from people around. You can source your own rotations. Benefits are great, base pay is below average.

      Awful company, does not adhere to its own policies and procedures. Worst management I have ever came across. Toxic work place. A lot of empire building and conflict of interest on site. Scheming and backstabbing.
