Terrible middle management, useless HR team, doing nothing good

Good top leadership, good employees, very friendly people, very good pension scheme
Cons
The mid managers are terrible, not professional, manipulating people, backstabbing, they can’t follow the company’s values and culture set by the great top leaders. They have a very high salary but do nothing good, and just create chaos and messy the problems. They are not qualitfied, and don't know how they are employed by the company and get paid a lot more than the real engineers who contribute the most. Bad HR management ever I experienced. their job is just put employees on the opposite. Company often cut off people but never reduce the mid management team.
