Pros

none that I can think of anymore

Cons

Working for JM use to be enjoyable and the employees were very close. This has given way to a more corporate run business from the UK with major global consolidation of the IT department and other departments close behind.

Lack of leadership from chemists and accountants

Pros

Great share scheme, decent pension. FTSE100 looks good on your CV if people have heard of them! Some of the technology is interesting if like that sort of thing.

Cons

Internally focused. If you are not an accountant or a chemist forget any career or personal development. Lack of expertise outside of chemistry and accounting. Very silo'd. Poor brand. Behind the times. Lacking in project management and implementation skills. IT very poor. Could be another giant about to fall.
